It's important to conduct a thorough inspection of a building's exterior to identify signs of deterioration or failure. Early detection can minimize repair costs as well as reduce the risks of interior damage and/or the liability due to falling debris. By correcting minor problems before they become major ones, you can extend the lifespan of building components and avoid major capital expenditures. Regular inspection can also identify materials approaching the end of their service life, so that replacement can be scheduled and budgeted for in advance.
